Annotations

Subscriptions

Need to know when a folder or document is created or modified by someone else? Simply register a subscription and the system will email you. Or, if you are an administrator register other users so that they will be notified of the latest information.

No Installation

Life made simple for all our users. No need to install any software on your machine, all you need to use Tacola ECM is a standard web browser. Also, as long as your business partners have a browser, you can use to engage them too. Easy.

The system interface is designed with simplicity and the untrained user in mind. However, if you do run into difficulty or just need some advice we're on hand, either by email or phone. Our very friendly and knowledgeable consultants will get you back on track quickly and efficiently.

No long-term contracts

The monthly subscription is the length of your contract. If you decide to leave at any point, for any reason, you are free to do and only pay up to the end of your current month. Want to take your data with you? No problem.
